By registering for one of our training programmes, contacting us via the contact form, or subscribing to the newsletter on the circulab.academy website, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and consent to us collecting and using this data for internal purposes.

No personal information about a circulab.academy user is exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties without their knowledge.

When registering for one of our training programmes

When you register for one of our training programmes, as part of the sales process, we collect the personal information necessary to process your registration, such as:

• your last name
• your first name
• your company name (where applicable)
• your email address
• your address
• your phone number
• your VAT number (where applicable)

Some of this information must be provided in order to process your order and complete your registration for the training programme.

Regarding banking data, we do not store any banking details, as payment is handled by third-party online payment specialists : Stripe and Quaderno. Responsibility for the encryption, storage, and security of your banking details lies with these third parties.

By registering for a training programme, you agree to receive the emails necessary to process your registration.

When visiting our site and following a contact request

When you browse the website, without any cookie being set, we receive information about your browsing on the site (see "Audience measurement" below). This data is anonymous, is used solely to measure site traffic, is not shared with third parties, and helps us improve your experience on our website.

When you fill out the contact form to request an appointment or more information about our services, we collect the personal data necessary to contact you and respond to your request:

• your region – international location
• a free-text field for you to describe your needs and leave us a message

Newsletter subscription

You may also receive a newsletter by email, informing you of our news and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via a link at the bottom of each email sent.

Audience measurement: this site uses Matomo, hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak, to produce anonymous visit statistics. No audience-measurement cookie is set (if you object to tracking, a cookie simply remembers your choice), IP addresses are anonymised and data is kept for a maximum of 25 months. You can object to this tracking below.

3 – Purpose of Collecting Personal Data

Depending on their purpose, your personal data is collected either because you agree to provide it to us, because it is necessary for the performance of our services, or because it is required by law.

Processing registrations

Data collected when registering has the purpose of properly managing and processing your registration for one of our training programmes, which also includes invoicing. These purposes are based on the performance of the sales contract for our training programmes.

Customer relations

Data collected for this purpose is intended to support the customer relationship. These purposes are based on responding to your contact requests via our website.

Improving our services

We collect data for the purpose of improving our offering and the website. Some processing aims to improve customer satisfaction (conducting satisfaction surveys, collecting reviews, etc.). We also measure website usage (visits, page views, sources, etc.), which allows us to optimise navigation on the website. You may object to this traffic measurement at any time using the module provided for this purpose in the "Audience measurement" section above.

Newsletter

This purpose is to send you the newsletter. It is based on your consent, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

4 – Data Retention Period

In accordance with applicable legislation and regulations, your data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described above.

Customer data is retained for the duration of the business relationship, plus 3 years for commercial prospecting purposes.

For the purpose of improving our services through traffic measurement, visit statistics are kept for a maximum of 25 months.

Finally, to comply with our legal obligations, we may need to retain your data for longer than the periods mentioned above. In this case, we will archive your data with access restricted to the data controller only.

5 – Recipients of Collected Data

The data collected is for internal use only. We do not transfer or sell your data in any way.
